Digitech Systems was founded 22 years ago as a data capture solutions company that collected data from paper, faxes, emails, invoices, and other types of sources entering an organization. We built an ECM software, PaperVision® Enterprise, to help clients securely store, search, and access content based on their requirements. We began offering the same ECM in the cloud as ImageSilo® in 1999. Though we’ve had a workflow component (to route information through business processes automatically) available for almost twenty years, our new RPA options for process automation eliminate mundane tasks, such as hand keying data into multiple systems, and simplify sharing information between systems.
How do your solutions serve the needs of your customers?
We offer a complete ECM suite designed to meet the needs of the end-to-end content management and document workflow—from document capture through secure records retention and to end-of-life. We are a system of record combined with process automation.
Suppose an organization is overwhelmed by a myriad of documents and electronic files, implementing robotic technologies is of no avail until data is analyzed. To address these predicaments, we offer PaperVision® Capture and PaperVision® Forms Magic technology to collect all the documents, both paper and electronic, and auto-classify them through our patented AI engine.

We follow a standard methodology for client engagement which starts with understanding their entire business process and the areas that need improvement. We conduct a screening process followed by a robotic process to identify user-system interaction and information flow. Our team works closely with our clients to automate the operations.
We have an expert and experienced reseller channel with many years of experience helping businesses with process automation. They are continually trained to understand the new trends in the market and needs of our clients. This has helped us always to deliver cutting edge solutions and make it easier for our customers to implement them.
Though our products are designed to work cross-functionally, one area of focus for us is the laborious accounts payable domain as it is highly paper-intensive. Here, we give our clients the ability to extract data from invoices thereby eliminating manual data entry and streamlining invoice processing while simultaneously reducing costs.

With a workforce of 250 employees, Alexander Youth Network provides counseling for youth with behavioral and emotional problems. In the past, the counselors took nearly a month to complete expense reports. In less than a week, they implemented our RPA tools to reduce their turnaround time in completing these tasks. The improved performance not only saved time and cost but also bolstered the morale of the counselors.
In another occasion, one of the largest software manufacturers in the world wanted to book revenue based on license agreements. We helped them identify how the license agreements were processed, and implemented our software to capture, classify and extract the required data. By trimming 10 minutes from every license worldwide, they saved 10,000 hours in productivity and eliminated more than $3 million in expenses.

The tools in our ECM solutions suite have been designed to suit the needs of virtually any size or type of business, so we cater to all industry verticals, while also addressing horizontal markets like AP and HR.
Moving forward, we are planning to build on our existing cloud-based services to offer even more automation for our customers, including additional artificial intelligence options for our cloud-based system of record.
